Raspberry Z by Grounded Genetics is one of the seven exotic filled zkittlez-infused hybrids that make up their new Z Road line. The female strain chosen as Raspberry Z's mother is Grounded Genetics' unreleased in-house selection Raspberry Runtz, another keeper from their unreleased seed stock.

Raspberry Runtz is a cross of the original Runtz strain pollinated with Grounded Genetics' male selection of Jealousy (Gelato 41 x Sunset Sherbert Bx1). The phenotype they selected from the progeny has impressive fatty trichome coverage from top to bottom and an even more outstanding terp profile reminiscent of raspberry sherbet. Grounded Genetics chose this cut of Raspberry Runtz to obtain the Zkittlez/OG fused lineage of Z Road, resulting in a beautiful brew of complex tropical candy tones with heavy undertones of diesel. The mother Raspberry Runtz was a standout cross from the Jealousy line, and thankfully she passed on a mix of outstanding terp profiles and powerful, resin-laden flowers that are typically ready in 8-9 weeks.
